Welcome to Writex, a software-as-a-service product (the "Service") operated by Karol Ordowski ("we", "us", or "our") that uses AI to generate and publish SEO-optimized blog posts directly to your Next.js project.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Writex uses artificial intelligence to generate, structure, and publish blog content to your connected Next.js project. Users authenticate via Google OAuth. Content is delivered through automated processes and may include text, images, and metadata based on keywords you provide.
To use the Service, you must log in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login information.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices, billing intervals, and currency are displayed at checkout. You must ensure your payment method is valid and up-to-date.
Refunds are granted only in cases of technical failure where the Service cannot deliver the promised functionality. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring.
All content generated by the AI for your project is yours to use, edit, or delete. However, the Service's underlying code, AI models, and branding remain our intellectual property.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
We implement reasonable measures to protect your data and maintain the security of our service. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using Writex, you acknowledge and accept that we do not guarantee absolute security and shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
