Terms of Service – Writex

Welcome to Writex ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our web-based AI tool (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Writex.

1. Service Description

Writex analyzes your public X (formerly Twitter) profile, identifies your top-performing tweets, and uses artificial intelligence to generate similar tweets with potential for virality.

2. Operator Information

This Service is operated by Charles, the creator of Writex.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account and Access

You authenticate using your X account. We do not store your login credentials. You are responsible for any activity under your session.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed via Paddle, our payment partner and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all invoicing, tax, and compliance requirements.

By purchasing access to Writex, you acknowledge that:

• The service is provided without a free trial,
• Access begins immediately after payment,
• You waive your right to withdraw under EU consumer law once access starts.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes,
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform,
• Resell generated content without substantial modification.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your X content. We retain rights to our platform and AI tools. You are granted a license to use the generated content for personal or business purposes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any specific level of engagement or virality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of any changes.
